Tim Collins

Tim Collins is a Senior Consultant at MAP Consulting, where he helps leaders and organizations create meaningful behavioral change, strengthen leadership effectiveness, and align culture with execution. With a background spanning executive coaching, organizational psychology, operations, marketing, and strategic communications, Tim is known for helping leaders turn insight into action and build healthier, higher-performing cultures.

Over his 25-year career, Tim has worked across technology, manufacturing, hospitality, media and publishing, telecommunications, nonprofits, financial services, healthcare, facilities management, and the motorcycle industry. His experience includes roles with organizations such as Amazon, BDO USA, Comfort Systems USA, Ducati, Alpinestars, Bonnier, IHOP, Marriott International, Ten Mile Brewing, Eukon Group, the Motorcycle Industry Council, and the Orange County Rescue Mission.

Tim holds a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management and a master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. He is certified in DISC, Harrison Behavioral Assessments, Korn Ferry 360 Assessments, and Positive Psychology Coaching. He has facilitated leadership programs for groups ranging from small executive teams to audiences of more than 1,000 participants.

His consulting style is practical, human-centered, and grounded in real-world operational experience.
