He attributes a pivotal, defining moment in his career to attending the MAP Workshop, which significantly shaped his professional journey and the success of the businesses he helped operate.

Andrew has over two decades of experience in building and scaling tech startups, focusing on go-to-market strategies, sales, and operational efficiency. His expertise in startup management, go-to-market execution, and developing successful sales teams has driven substantial growth and numerous successful exits.

Key Highlights:

  • AerServ (Co-founder and COO): Co-led the company from inception to rapid growth, achieving over $60M in revenue within four years, and culminating in its acquisition by Inmobi for $90 million in 2017. Oversaw the implementation of the MAP Management System ™ throughout the organization, streamlined internal operations, and led go-to-market teams and product development.
  • BriteBlue Ventures (Partner and President, COO): As President of a digital media brand, built and led a team responsible for 700% revenue growth, leading to its acquisition after three years. Also served as interim COO for a portfolio startup contributing to the company’s transformation and subsequent acquisition.
  • Mobot (VP of Revenue): Transformed the business through the implementation of repeatable, systematic sales & marketing systems. Increased annual recurring revenue by 367% in two years, launched a new product line resulting in about 30% higher ACV and over 160% NRR.
  • Automotive.com (VP of Search): Built a highly successful digital marketing division that generated millions of organic users, significantly contributing to the company’s acquisition for over $100 million.
